The holiday season is here, which means it’s time for the beloved tradition of Elf on the Shelf! If you’re looking for some creative ideas to spice up your elf’s adventures this year, I wanted to share what our elf Olaf has been up to this season!! In case you need an elf, I’ve rounded up my Elf On The Shelf necessities here!
Elf On The Shelf Arrival
Our elf always brings an advent calendar for each of the kids on the first day of December!
Olaf is only a little mischievous, he usually brings a treat on the nights I’m creative, and on the nights I forget, he ends up placed somewhere random. Don’t put too much pressure on yourselves!!
In past years I’ve purchased the elf kits where they have premade days for you, while those are SUPER cute, they usually aren’t very affordable. This year my neighbor told me the dollar section of Target had elf setups for only $1!! I was able to buy 7 or 8 of these, that’s the outfit you see him wearing below!
My kids were sneaking “bubbles” aka marshmallows all day.
This one was their favorite!! Olaf riding our puppy pillow, piloting the drone (that he crash landed into the decor lol)
I hope these ideas help!! And of course, I need a mocktail to stay motivated to move this guy at night. It’s just orange juice mixed with sprite and festive garnishes!!
Overall, there are so many fun and creative ways to incorporate your Elf on the Shelf into your holiday traditions. With a little imagination and some planning, you can make this year’s Elf on the Shelf adventures the best ones yet! In case you need an elf, I’ve rounded up my Elf On The Shelf necessities here!0
